Mechanical engraving includes both cutting with a rotating tool bit and dragging a diamond bit across metallic surfaces.
We engrave a wide variety materials. Items include name badges, tags, identification plates, trophy plates and memorials.
Machining technologies are used to create permanent cut lettering and complete parts which can be anodized and paint filled to create long term durable identification.
We machine wood, plastics, copper, brass, aluminum and some steel alloys. We produce completed parts and can also add identification to customer provided parts.
Our laser engraving system is capable of marking anodized alumium parts, plastics, wood, leather, glass, crystal and many other materials. We use this same system to die cut many materials for gaskets, and industrial control overlays.
